April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. In recognition of the prevention efforts of local organizations, the City of North Liberty and Community Partnerships for Protecting Children are holding their annual North Liberty Kites for Kids Festival on Saturday, April 13 from noon to 2:00 PM.
