Remove Harmful Lead Paint Hazards
The City of Cedar Rapids and Linn County Public Health want to encourage residents to find and fix lead-paint hazards in your home. It’s FREE to find out if you are eligible – but funds for this program are limited. Houses built before 1978 have a greater chance of lead-paint contamination. Click on the flyer for more details.
WiSE STEM Extravaganza
The Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) STEM Extravaganza for 4th – 6th Grade girls will take place on Sunday afternoon, February 12th, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., at the Kirkwood Regional Center at the University of Iowa.
