Summit Schools Learning Extensions April 14
Summit Schools is offering a Learning Extensions Camp (aka in-service day camp) on Friday, April 14, and is inviting students in grades K-6 to participate. We’ve partnered with Indian Creek Nature Center for a theme of “Splash into Spring!” Students will design pinch pots, create watercolor artworks, venture through the wetlands, search for toads and trees, and more! The Linn County Safe Kids Coalition is sponsoring a Safe Kids Day Event on Thursday, April 13th at the Cedar Rapids Kernels Game! Lots of FREE helmets for kids (child must be present to get a new helmet) and other fun safety activities/information booths.
