Girl Scouts is promoting Paws 4 A Cause. A local troop will be collecting new and gently used items for local animal shelters. Donations are collected through May 8th, and can be placed into the boxes outside the Prairie Creek Office. Please help by donating new or gently used items for our local shelters. The BIG Celebration
Iowa BIG is holding it’s first BIG Celebration to recognize students, parents and community partners for outstanding work as part of the BIG program. Iowa BIG is a partnership that involves the College Community School District and the Cedar Rapids Community School District. The event is Wednesday, May 13 from 6-8 pm at Washington High School.
